The mission of Pea in the Pod Fitness is to empower women to take control of their body, mind, and soul with exercise, to reveal the fierce warrior within, and to unlock each’s women’s individual and innate potential to reach her own unique wellness goals.
The 3 “GETS” of a Pea in the Pod Fitness Program
1. GET OVER – A Pea in the Pod Fitness program aims to help the client “get over” many of the discomforts that may be associated with pregnancy, cancer, or the aging process
2. GET READY – A Pea in the Pod Fitness program will help the client “get ready” for the extensive demands of labor, chemo, parenting, or activities of daily living
3. GET BACK – A Pea in the Pod Fitness program will help the client “get back” to previous fitness levels and activities of daily living following pregnancy, cancer, or de-conditioning, and in the case of pregnancy, to recover abdominal and pelvic floor function.
